Gritty Jigs was born from the idea of being able to use premium saltwater hooks that other companies simply weren't offering—specifically designed to keep your bait on the hook.
It started out as a search for a light jig head with a premium stout hook. From there, it just branched out from the necessity of baits falling off and hooks being of questionable quality. Through that frustration, Gritty Jigs was built.

I was fishing around a very tight, shallow strike zone, and I couldn't get the drift I was confident in. So I went home and built a jig head that could. That specific moment branched off into everything we do today.
I wanted to focus on quality that was assembled with personal control on every step of the process. When you tie on a Gritty Jig, you're fishing with something I've personally ensured is ready for battle.
